Senior Systems Sales Engineer

Senior Systems Engineer will be NeoSaej’s primary technical interface to banking institutions to implement our software product, including configuration according to the customers’ business requirements and needs and assisting them with reporting and analytics. During beta testing and after roll out the system engineers will be responsible for providing complete feedback back to the Company about the users’ experience.  Maintain the banking relationships once they are in production to ensure we have highly satisfied customers.  Participate in an On-Call rotation.   Help with user acceptance testing, documentation, sales kits, and participation in trade shows. This candidate must have a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in a technology related discipline and at least five years experience (2 years in banking industry preferred) is required.

Operations Engineer

Help build a world-class eCommerce infrastructure! As an Operations Engineer at neoSaej you’ll design, implement, monitor, and maintain the systems that host our innovative eCommerce solution. Senior Database Administrator

Apply your SQL Server database expertise to build a new E-Commerce infrastructure from the ground up!  As a Senior Database Administrator at neoSaej you’ll design, implement, and maintain the databases at the core of our production environments. You will work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to optimize physical and logical database designs, and ensure the performance, availability and recoverability of databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain multiple clustered instances of MS SQL Server 2005 with very large (multi-TB) storage.
  • Act as the primary subject-matter expert for the neoSaej development team on database physical design for performance and high availability.
  • Design, implement, and test database failover and backup/restore plans.
  • Design, implement, and test automated data archiving and maintenance scripts.

Senior Client Services Engineer

The Senior Client Services Engineer will be the focal point supporting our existing customer base.  This will include working with financial institutions to implement our software products.  The ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with our clients is essential.  Conducting Webinars to educate our clients on different aspects of our product will be expected. Responsibilities will include tracking all issues and escalating critical issues to R&D using our CRM.  NeoSaej’s support model is a 24X7 environment.  Participate in an On-Call rotation is required.  Duties also include performing the system administrator role for the support module of our CRM application.
